First of all, I need to say that I have lacked updating my blog for the past two and half months… I will definitely keep up with my posts from now on!
Second, I am reaching my 28 weeks of my pregnancy today! Three more months to go! I am really excited and nervous about it. For the past few months I have noticed a lot of changes going on with my body – a never ending runny nose, sensitive skin and worst of all….restless nights of sleep… apparently these are very common symptoms that are happening to me. Also, I have realised that by having a positive attitude, and mood is not only helping me enjoy my pregnancy more, but also very crucial for my baby. I believe my mood will affect the little one’s personality in the future.
Even though it is not that easy to be positive all the time, especially when I feel stressed and restless, I try to go to excise regularly. it definitely helps to connect my mind and body, in order to generates more energy. Another thing i have found that has contributed to my own “personal positive bubble” is always listening to music that I love – jazz, soul and funk are my favourite, it boosts my mood right away.
As I said earlier, pregnancy is not easy for anyone, you just need to find a way to enjoy it more! ❤
