I love coordinate patterns, i think it is the easiest way to put up an effortless look, also the outfit as a whole gives an instant retro feel.

Pattern top and matching shorts, Zara; sandals, Valentino.

Kitten Heels

Shoes of the season? They are definitely the kitten heels (a short and slightly slender heel that is usually from 3.5cm to 5cm). They are so comfy yet stylish without the “trying too hard” kind of feel. To me, the kitten heels are just perfect during my pregnancy – they give me the right amount of height to elongate my legs as well as easy to walk with.

I am wearing the pair from Pierre Hardy, aren’t they fun?

Wanted!

I am in love with this gray jacket from Zara! This is THE jacket for the new season that has all the design details – varsity jacket like sporty collar and knitted cuffs, flare out bell bottom like a cape and the colour is so chic, it goes with everything!

Summer Crush

Lately I’ve been sporting around some big statement jewellery pieces – I think the right amount of accessories really can make the whole outfit stand out more, and it shows one’s personality too. So i want to share my golden rules of wearing bold accessories:

1. Never wear earrings and a necklace together (doesn’t matter if they are from the same set or not), it is just too much.

2. Don’t match the accessories with the outfit, but always try to mix them. Using clashing colours are always more eye-catching.

3. Play with the texture too. If I am wearing a silk blouse, I will always go big with a metal chain necklace to add some boldness to the overall feminine look.

Last but not least, go BIG or go home! ❤

From above: acrylic necklace and earrings, both from Marni for H&M.
