I am reaching my 29th week today! I feel like the belly is growing bigger everyday since the third trimester started, it is getting harder and harder for me to have a good night sleep because of the constantly tossing and turning, not to mention the number of times I have to run to the washroom in the middle of the night… Well, the more I can’t rest well at night, the better I want to dress myself during the day, at least a great outfit makes me feel energized and happy! ❤
Black cashmere sweater and plaid cape with fur hood, both from Zara; Skinny jeans, Topshop Maternity; Ankle boots, Chanel.

Having a great workout session is always a good way to get my Monday started. I have been doing barre at Barre Body Studio for over a year and half now, and I am still feeling good doing it during my pregnancy. Barre is a combination of ballet, pilate and yoga, the isolation movements help to build up long and lean muscles, as well as improving my posture and flexibility. I am not sure when I will stop going to barre since I am reaching my last trimester, but working out is really important during pregnancy – it helps to burn those extra calories that both the baby and I don’t need, gives me positive energy and I am sure it will help me during labour too.

Sisley has always been one of my favourite skin care brands. I have been using these two products from its Black Rose range for a while now, they do wonderful things for my skin, especially now that I am pregnant, so my skin became very sensitive and picky on certain stuff that I use.
Both of the Black Rose Face Oil and Black Rose Cream Mask are rich in anti-aging ingredients that give the skin an instant glow from within. I use the face oil every night after my toner followed by a 3-5 minutes mini facial massage – I warm up 5-8 drops of the oil in between my palms and use upwards and circular strokes from the centre of the face outwards to my ears. And on my neck, I massage the oil in from the collar bones up to my chin. Remember to use long and firm strokes while working the oil in until it is completely absorbed.
I use the Black Rose Cream Mask as my secret “youth booster” before going out for date nights or parties. It only needs 15 minutes to get rid of signs of fatigue and always leaves my skin looking energized and glowing.

First of all, I need to say that I have lacked updating my blog for the past two and half months… I will definitely keep up with my posts from now on!
Second, I am reaching my 28 weeks of my pregnancy today! Three more months to go! I am really excited and nervous about it. For the past few months I have noticed a lot of changes going on with my body – a never ending runny nose, sensitive skin and worst of all….restless nights of sleep… apparently these are very common symptoms that are happening to me. Also, I have realised that by having a positive attitude, and mood is not only helping me enjoy my pregnancy more, but also very crucial for my baby. I believe my mood will affect the little one’s personality in the future.
Even though it is not that easy to be positive all the time, especially when I feel stressed and restless, I try to go to excise regularly. it definitely helps to connect my mind and body, in order to generates more energy. Another thing i have found that has contributed to my own “personal positive bubble” is always listening to music that I love – jazz, soul and funk are my favourite, it boosts my mood right away.
As I said earlier, pregnancy is not easy for anyone, you just need to find a way to enjoy it more! ❤

Shoes of the season? They are definitely the kitten heels (a short and slightly slender heel that is usually from 3.5cm to 5cm). They are so comfy yet stylish without the “trying too hard” kind of feel. To me, the kitten heels are just perfect during my pregnancy – they give me the right amount of height to elongate my legs as well as easy to walk with.
I am wearing the pair from Pierre Hardy, aren’t they fun?
